Thank you all for the great feedback I got so far. Especially Craig who found the table error and Alison who pointed out the spelling error in the second row of the preface. Both errors have been corrected already.In the first release of the Kindle, table 2.7 and 2.8 where shown as identical due to a mix-up at the typesetter’s. This affected only the Kindle and has been corrected now. In case you bought the Kindle early on, here are both tables as they should have been shown:
